Mandatory Conditions
- Every retail sale or supply of alcohol made under this licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
- No supply of alcohol may be made under this licence:
a. At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of it or,
b. At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
- All alcoholic drinks are to be kept in a locked/caged cabinet between the hours of midnight and 8 am.
- The premises should operate a CCTV system where all members of staff are trained in its use.
- Recordings must be kept for 28 days and must be immediately available if requested by Police or other relevant authority.
- CCTV must cover all entrances and exits.
- During licensing hours the store should adopt the Challenge 21 policy.
- Designated Premises Supervisor must be an active member of Deeside Offwatch.
