CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
- A Colour CCTV system must be operational whilst the premises are open to the public and maintained in good working order. Recordings to be kept for a minimum of 28 days and made available for inspection by Police or Local Authority, upon request.
- All drinks to be sold in plastic containers.
- Signs must be displayed requesting that customers leave the premises quietly to minimise disturbance to neighbours
- While the premises are open the outside of the premises will be monitored and any litter will be disposed of appropriately.
