Mandatory Conditions
- Every retail sale or supply of alcohol made under this licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
- No supply of alcohol may be made under this licence
a. At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of it or,
b. At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule.
- Drinks dispensed from the Maes B location shall be in non-glass receptacles
- Proof of age procedures agreed in conjunction with the police shall be in place.
- Staff serving alcohol shall be at least 18 years of age and have received training in respect of prevention of under-age sales and drunkenness offences.
- An event schedule, including evening events at Maes B, shall be provided to the police one month in advance of the commencement of the Eisteddfod.
- Door supervisors, licensed by the Security Industry Authority shall be employed at Maes B on each night on which there are licensable activities from 20:00 hrs until at least 30 minutes after the end of the licensable activities. The number of supervisors employed is to be agreed by the police, dependent upon the number of persons who are permitted to attend a specific event.
- Trained stewards shall be employed at the venue in accordance with a risk assessment. Stewards will also be required to supervise the car parks.
- Emergency services must be given unhindered access to all areas of the event.
- Amplified music must not exceed levels recommended by the Local Authority.
- A scheme for the monitoring and control of amplified music and vocals shall be drawn up and agreed with the Pollution Control Manager of Flintshire County Council prior to the commencement of the Eisteddfod.
- North Wales Fire and Rescue Service shall be consulted once the various temporary structures have been erected at the Eisteddfod site.
- The licence shall be valid from the 3rd August until the 11th August 2007
