ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
CCTV cameras must be operational whilst the premises are open to the public and maintained in good working order. Recordings must be retained for 28 days.
Door/floor supervisors must be SIA registered.
Signs must be displayed throughout the premises, warning that drug prevention measures are employed.
Toughened glass containers must be used throughout the premises where alcohol is served.
Customers are not allowed to take alcoholic drinks from the premises in open containers, such as glasses and open bottles, unless they intend to sit on the patio or other designated place set aside for that purpose.
To ensure noise or vibration does not emanate from the premises, all windows and doors (including fire exit doors) must be kept closed (save for entrance and exit purposes) when regulated entertainment is taking place.
Prominent, clear and legible notices shall be displayed at all exits requesting the public to respect
the needs of local residents and to leave the premises area quietly.
The placing of refuse, such as bottles, into receptacles outside the premises must take place at times that will minimise the disturbance to nearby properties.
To ensure that persons under the age of 18 do not attempt to buy alcohol, a policy is applied requiring the production of "proof of age" before such sales take place.
Young persons under the age of 16, are not permitted on the premises in areas where alcohol is sold, if unaccompanied unless they remain in the children's room.
No one under the age of 16 will be allowed to enter or remain on any of the premises serving alcohol after 23.00hours, save on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve.
