Conditions Consistent with the Operating Schedule
- This licence is restricted to the months of June and July each calendar year.
- Notice must be given to the North Wales Police (Eastern Division, Licensing) and the Licensing Authority one month prior to any event taking place.
- All events shall be marshalled.
- An adequate risk assessment shall be carried out prior to any event taking place.
- First Aid cover shall be available at any event.
- The stage shall be positioned to minimise the potential of noise nuisance to neighbouring properties.
- The Fire Authority must be notified when the marquees and stage have been erected and prior to the event taking place to enable inspection to be carried out.
- All temporary electrical installations shall comply with the recommendations of BS 7671 or where applicable BS 7909 and where they have not been installed by a competent person they shall be inspected and certified by a competent person before they are put to use.
- All temporary demountable structures shall be erected by a competent person and inspected and certified by a competent person before they are put to use.
