• ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS

   

  No supply of alcohol may be made under this licence

  a.              At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of it or,

  b.              At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

   

   

   

• ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS FOLLOWING A SUB-COMMITTEE HEARING

   

  CCTV must be in operation whilst the premises are open to the public and maintained in good working order, recordings must be kept for a minimum of 28 days.

   

  Prominent, clear and legible notices must be displayed al all exits requesting that no consumption of alcohol is permitted outside of the premises.

   

  Prominent, clear and legible notices must be displayed at all exits requesting the public to respect the needs of local residents and to leave the premises and area quietly.

   

  The Designated Premises Supervisor must give training to the volunteer staff.

   

  The Designated Premises Supervisor must be present on the premises when the premises are open and he/she must give due consideration to Door Supervisors.
