ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS
CCTV must be operational at the premises and cover the entrance, counter and dining areas.
CCTV evidence must be retained for a minimum of seven days and made available to Police upon request.
CCTV must be installed and fully operational by the 1st September 2006.
