ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS
All rules of " My Place" must be adhered to.
A digital, colour, hard disc CCTV system to be installed and remain operational whilst the premises are open to the public and maintained in good working order. Recordings must be kept for a minimum of 28days and made readily available for inspection when requested by police or any other relevant authority. A minimum of two staff to be trained in its use. CCTV cameras to cover all entrances, exits and areas where licensable activities are taking place.
All Door Supervisors to be Security Industry Authority Registered (SIA). Door Supervisors must wear high visibility jackets and must sign in and out in a register provided using their full 16 digit licence number.
On a Friday evening a minimum of 2 door supervisors to commence duty at opening time and remain on duty until closure of the premises. Additional door supervisors to be employed at the discretion of the Designated Premises Supervisor.
On a Saturday evening, 2 door supervisors to commence duty at 21.30 hours and 4 door supervisors to commence duty at 22.30 hours until the closure of the premises. Additional door supervisors to be employed at the discretion of the Designated Premises Supervisor. On any evenings Sunday to Thursday when regulated entertainment is taking place at the premises, door supervisors will be employed at the discretion of the Designated Premises Supervisor.
Door Supervisors must be employed from 21.00 hours on any Sunday leading onto a Bank Holiday.
At any time it is believed the number of door supervisors is disproportionate to the number of persons at the venue, it will be on the advice of the North Wales Police how many door supervisors must be employed.
No customers shall be admitted to the premises after 00.30 hours on any evening.
Free drinking water must be made available at all times.
Designated Premises Supervisor must be an active member of Pubwatch
Premises will adopt "Challenge 25" Proof of Age Scheme.
The venue will only accept photographic Driving Licence, Passport or in agreement with the Police a form of identification bearing the PASS hologram.
Smoking area must be well lit and monitored by CCTV and SIA Security Doorstaff
Notices must be displayed at all exits requesting patrons to respect the needs of local residents and to leave the premises and the area quietly.
No person will be allowed to leave the premises in possession of a drink in a sealed or unsealed container.
The premises may open for one hour following the opening hours set out above on the following occasions: Christmas Eve, Boxing Day, Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday at May Bank Holiday, Spring/Whitson Bank Holiday and every August Bank Holiday. Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday at Easter Bank Holiday on these occasions all licensed activities may be conducted for one hour following the times the licence authorises the carrying out of those activities.
