ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS ATTACHED AFTER A HEARING BY THE LICENSING AUTHORITY
1. CCTV cameras should be installed to cover the outside of the premises. The tapes/discs shall be retained and be made available to the Police upon request.
2. Direct lines shall be provided to taxi services and those taxi companies engaged shall be informed that vehicle horns must not be sounded for the purpose of alerting customers of their arrival
3. Prominent, clear and legible notices must be displayed at all exits requesting the public to respect the needs of local residents and to leave the premises and area quietly.
4. The outside areas shall be regularly patrolled to ensure that noise and disturbance is not affecting residents in the area.
5. The windows and doors to the side elevation facing 136 Prince of Wales Avenue shall be treble glazed.
6. The fire exit door to the side elevation facing 136 Prince of Wales Avenue shall remain closed at all times except when used for a genuine emergency evacuation.
7. The existing smoking shelter shall be removed. Any new smoking shelter shall be constructed and positioned to the satisfaction of the Licensing Officer and the Planning Department.
8. This licence, so far as it relates to Regulated Entertainment, shall not come into force until the works detailed in paragraphs 5, 6 and 7 have been completed to the satisfaction of the Licensing Officer and Planning Department.
