MANDATORY CONDITIONS
The admission of children under the age of 18 to film exhibitions permitted under the terms of this licence shall be restricted in accordance with any recommendations made
a. By the British Board of Film Classification (BBFC,) where the film has been classified by that Board, or
b. By the Licensing Authority where no classification certificate has been granted by the BBFC, or, where the licensing authority has notified the licence holder that section 20 (3) (b) (74 (3)(b) for clubs) of the Licensing Act 2003 applies to the film.
1. The ground floor main room is the licensed area.
2. The maximum number of persons present during any film exhibition shall be twenty-five.
3. No persons shall be present on the first floor of the premises during film exhibitions, unless visiting the toilet accommodation.
4. Seats shall be arranged so as to keep a one metre wide clear access route to the front door and rear door of the room.
5. Doors leading to the outside shall be unlocked during any film exhibition.
6. During the hours of darkness the outside lights must be on.
7. No cooking shall taken place during any film exhibition.
8. Heating shall be provided via the central heating system. If the gas fire is used it shall be fully guarded (including a top guard).
9. A fire blanket shall be provided.
10. A notice detailing the action to be taken in case of fire or other emergency shall be displayed.
11. An appropriate number of adult supervisors must be present during any film exhibition, in accordance with the following table -

5 - 7 1 for every 5 children
8 - 10 1 for every 10 children
10 - 16 1 for every 20 children
12. A notice shall be placed inside and outside the premises stating the title of the film to be shown and its age classification.
