MANDATORY CONDITONS
No supply of alcohol may be made under this licence
a. At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of it or,
b. At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
Every retail sale or supply of alcohol made under this licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH OPERATING SCHEDULE
The Designated Premises Supervisor must be a member of the local Pubwatch Scheme.
Prominent, clear and legible notices must be displayed at all exits requesting the public to respect the needs of local residents and to leave the premises and area quietly.
No Children allowed on the premises without adult supervision.
All requirements stated in the Fire Safety Report dated 19th December 2005 must be completed by the 28th February 2006.
