ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
No customers apparently carrying open bottles upon entry shall be admitted to the premises at any times the premises are open to the public.
Alcoholic and other drinks may not be removed from the premises in open containers save for consumption in any external area provided for that purpose.
Prominent, clear and legible notices must be displayed at all exits requesting the public to respect
the needs of local residents and to leave the premises and area quietly.
Noise and vibration must not emanate from the premises so as to cause a nuisance to nearby properties.
The Designated Premises Supervisor should be an active member of the local pubwatch.
CCTV must be operational whilst the premises are open to the public and maintained in good working order. Recordings must be kept for a minimum of 28 days and made available for inspection to the Police/Local Authority upon request. All members of staff should be trained in the operation of the CCTV system and cameras should cover all public areas internally and externally to cover the entrances/exits and the rear smoking area.
The use by customers of outside benches/beer garden/smoking area for the consumption of alcohol should end at midnight except for Friday and Saturday when it should finish at 01.30hours and 23.30 hours on Sundays.
There should be no amplified music in the smoking area.
