Mandatory Conditions.
The admission of children under the age of 18 to film exhibitions permitted under the terms of this licence shall be restricted in accordance with any recommendations made
a. By the British Board of Film Classification (BBFC,) where the film has been classified by that Board, or
b. By the Licensing Authority where no classification certificate has been granted by the BBFC, or, where the licensing authority has notified the licence holder that section 20 (3) (b) (74 (3)(b) for clubs) of the Licensing Act 2003 applies to the film.
Conditions consistent with Operating Schedule
CCTV coverage in public areas and regular staff presence.
Staff are trained to monitor activity around the premises and report any suspicious or disruptive behaviour to the relevant authorities.
Emergency exits are clearly marked and kept clear at all times.
Risk Assessments are regularly carried out and reviewed.
Staff are trained in health and safety procedures, including first aid and evacuation protocols.
Guest behaviour is managed through clear house rules and responsible staff supervision.
Noise levels are monitored, particularly during the evening and night, to prevent disruption to neighbouring properties.
Amplified music or events (if any) will be kept within permitted hours and volume limits and will comply with local authority guidelines.
Staff will be trained to be vigilant and aware of safeguarding principles.
Any visiting entertainers or contractors ( if applicable) will be appropriately vetted.
