Mandatory Conditions
- Every retail sale or supply of alcohol made under this licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
- No supply of alcohol may be made under this licence:
a. At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of it or,
b. At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
- Compliance with Flintshire County Council Terms, Conditions and Restrictions applying to Public Entertainment Licences.

Conditions Consistent with the Operating Schedule.
- CCTV cameras must be operational whilst the premises is open to the public and maintained in good working order.
- The Designated Premises Supervisor shall be an active member of the Pubwatch Scheme.
- No children shall be allowed on the premises except for designated snooker times for games.
- Children, when permitted shall not be allowed near the gaming machines.
- Prominent clear and legible notices shall be displayed at all exits requesting the public torespect the needs of local residents and to leave the area quietly.
- The placing of refuse, such as bottles, into receptacles outside the premises shall take place at times that will minimise the disruption to neighbours.
- Noise or vibration should not emanate from the premises so as to cause a nuisance to nearby properties.
