ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS
No supply of alcohol may be made under this licence
a. At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of it or,
b. At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
Every retail sale or supply of alcohol made under this licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
No Intoxicating liquor to be sold or supplied otherwise than to a member of the club who has been a member for at least two days, or a guest of such a member bona fide entertained by him.
There shall be rules of the club for election of members and a copy of these rules shall be deposited with the Licensing Authority. Notice of any alteration to any club rule shall be given to the Licensing Authority and the Police within Fourteen days of alteration.
A list of the names and addresses of all the members of the club shall be kept at the club and produced for inspection upon demand of a police officer.
