Additional Conditions

• ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS

   

  No supply of alcohol may be made under this licence

  a.              At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of it or,

  b.              At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

  Every retail sale or supply of alcohol made under this licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

   

  No intoxicating liquor shall be sold or supplied otherwise that to a member of the club who has been a member for at least two days before his admission: a guest of such a member bona fide entertained by him.

   

  There shall be rules of the club for the election of members and a copy of these rules and any other rules shall be deposited with the Licensing Authority.

   

  A list of the names and addresses of all members of the club shall be kept on the club premises and produced on demand for inspection by a police officer.

   

  No changes in the rules of the club shall be permitted without the prior consent of the Licensing Authority.

   

• ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

   

  CCTV cameras must be operational whilst the premises are open to the public and maintained in good working order.

   

  No children allowed on the premises after 19.00 hours.

   

  Children must be accompanied by a parent/guardian at all times.

• ANNEX 3 - CONDITIONS ATTACHED AFTER A HEARING BY THE LICENSING AUTHORITY

   

  The placing of refuse, such as bottles, into receptacles outside the premises must take place at times that will minimise the disturbance to nearby properties.

   

  Noise and vibration must not emanate from the premises so as to cause a nuisance to nearby properties.

   

  Prominent, clear and legible notices must be displayed at all exits requesting the public to respect the needs of local residents and to leave the premises and area quietly.

   

  Prominent, clear and legible notices must be displayed outside the premises requesting taxi drivers not to sound their horns.
