Mandatory Conditions
- Every retail sale or supply of alcohol made under this licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
- No supply of alcohol may be made under this licence
a. At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of it or,
b. At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
Conditions following a sub-commitee hearing
- Noise must not emanate from the premises so as to cause nuisance to nearby properties.
- Prominent clear and legible notices shall be displayed at all exits requesting the public to respect the needs of local residents and to leave the area quietly.
- Equipment used for the provision of music should be fitted with a suitable limiting device to ensure that the maximum volume does not exceed that recommended by the Local Authority.
- When live entertainment is being provided, doors and windows should be kept closed, apart from the purpose of entry and exit.
- The placing of bottles and other refuse into receptacles outside the premises should take place at times which will minimise disturbance to nearby residents.
