ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS
- Every retail sale or supply of alcohol made under this licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
- No supply of alcohol may be made under this licence
a. At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of it or,
b. At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
- For statutory bank holiday weekend periods (Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday) and for the Thursday before Good Friday and for Christmas Eve and on St. David's Day, St. Patrick's Day, St. George's Day and St. Andrew's Day the opening hours and hours during which licensable activities may be conducted will be extended by one hour.
- Live music shall be limited to maximum of two performers.
- Notices must be displayed at exits requesting that customers leave the premises quietly.
- All instances of crime and disorder must be reported to the police and an incident log book kept.
- During regulated entertainment, staff must monitor noise levels at the boundary of the premises and take appropriate steps to prevent nuisance arising.
- Soft drinks and non-alcoholic drinks must be made available at all times
- A recognised Proof of Age Policy must be enforced.
