Mandatory Conditions
- Every retail sale or supply of alcohol made under this licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
- No supply of alcohol may be made under this licence:
a. At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of it or,
b. At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
- Compliance with Flintshire County Council Terms, Conditions and Restrictions applying to Public Entertainment Licences.
Maximum Number of Permitted Persons is : 200
Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
- There shall be no permitted hours other than for previously arranged functions and user meetings booked through and approved by the management council.
- That there shall be no permitted hours other than on 7 days notice in writing given to North Wales Police, and said notice to specify rooms that will be used.
- That the permitted hours shall end in accordance with the general licensing hours stated on the Premises Licence.
- That the licence shall not be transferred other than to bone fide members of the Hawarden Institute Management Council.
- That there shall be installed during periods when the premises exercise permitted hours a device to segregate the licensed area as indicated on the plan which will be signed on behalf of the licensing justices and a notice will be displayed that no person under the age of 18 shall be permitted within that segregated area.
- That the total number of occasions when the bar may be open is limited to 52 days in any one year commencing in January and of those occasions no more than 12 shall be run by or organised by or on behalf of the management council.
