Mandatory Conditions
- Alcohol may be sold or supplied for one hour following the hours set out above and on Christmas Day, between 15:00 and 19:00 to persons taking table meals in the Ground Floor Foyer Restaurant and the Clwyd Room that are usually set apart for the service of such persons and for consumption by such a person in those parts of the premises as an ancillary to his meal. For other purposes or in other parts of the premises the hours set out above shall continue to apply.
- Every retail sale or supply of alcohol made under this licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
- No supply of alcohol may be made under this licence:
a. At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of it or,
b. At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
- The admission of children under the age of 18 to film exhibitions permitted under the terms of this licence shall be restricted in accordance with any recommendations made:
a. By the British Board of Film Classification (BBFC,) where the film has been classified by that Board, or
b. By the Licensing Authority where no classification certificate has been granted by the BBFC, or, where the licensing authority has notified the licence holder that section 20 (3) (b) (74 (3)(b) for clubs) of the Licensing Act 2003 applies to the film.
- Compliance with Flintshire County Council Terms, Conditions and Restrictions applying to Public Entertainment Licences, Theatre Licences and Cinema Licences.

*This is the maximum number for any given seating configuration and relies on supervised egress through the third available exit.
- There shall be neither supply nor consumption of any intoxicants in the Exhibition Concourse except for specific designated events without the prior approval of North Wales Fire and Rescue Service; neither shall impedimenta nor freestanding exhibitions be placed on the Exhibition Concourse flooring at any time, whether an event is being held or not except with the approval of North Wales Fire and Rescue Service.
- Certain seating as designated in the deposited plans in respect of the Ground Floor Restaurant affixed to the flooring in the positions shown on the plans to obviate any obstructions of the ground floor access routes and thoroughfares.
