ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS
- Every retail sale or supply of alcohol made under this licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
- No supply of alcohol may be made under this licence:
a. At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of it or,
b. At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
- Those persons attending venues providing licensable activities will be people who are staying on the caravan parks and the general public are not allowed admission to the venues.
- Existing CCTV cameras must be operational whilst the premises are open to the public and maintained in good working order.
- Any person who appears to be intoxicated will not be allowed entry to the premises.
- Toughened glass will continue to be used.
- The premises will only accept passports or photographic driving licences as proof of age.
- Free drinking water will be available at all times.
- Any persons who appear to be under the age of 18 will be required to produce proof of age before being allowed to purchase or consume alcohol.
