  - Every retail sale or supply of alcohol made under this licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

   

  - No supply of alcohol may be made under this licence:

   

    - At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of it or,

    - At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

   

   

• CONDITIONS ATTACHED AFTER AN APPEAL TO THE MAGISTRATES COURT

   

  - CCTV to cover all entrances and licensed areas. Tapes and discs to be retained for no less than 28 days for viewing by police.

   

  - Licensed door staff to be employed Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 8.30 p.m. until the premises close.

   

  - Any music provided at the premises to be through a noise limitation device and the levels are to be set in agreement with the Environmental Health Department of Flintshire County Council.
