ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS
- Every retail sale or supply of alcohol made under this licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
- No supply of alcohol may be made under this licence:
a. At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of it or,
b. At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
The Designated Premises Supervisor must be a member of the local Pub watch Scheme.
Prominent, clear and legible notices must be displayed at all exits requesting the public to respect the needs of local residents and to leave the premises and area quietly.
CCTV system to be installed and maintained in a good working order. System to be a colour hard disc storage system with cameras covering all entrances, exits and licensable activities. All recordings must be kept for a minimum of 28 days and made available for inspection by the Police/Local Authority upon request.
No consumption at all outside the front of the premises on the highway.
Proof of Age identification scheme to be adopted.
