Mandatory Conditions
- Every retail sale or supply of alcohol made under this licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
- No supply of alcohol may be made under this licence:
- At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of it or,
- At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
The admission of children under the age of 18 to film exhibitions permitted under the terms of this licence shall be restricted in accordance with any recommendations made
a. By the British Board of Film Classification (BBFC,) where the film has been classified by that Board, or
b. By the Licensing Authority where no classification certificate has been granted by the BBFC, or, where the licensing authority has notified the licence holder that section 20 (3) (b) (74 (3)(b) for clubs) of the Licensing Act 2003 applies to the film.
Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
- Two door supervisors shall be employed at the premises from 8.30 pm to 1.30 am on Friday and Saturday unless otherwise agreed in writing between the Premises Licence holder and North Wales Police and notified to Flintshire County Council.
- Any door supervisors employed will wear visible means of identification.
- The Premises Licence holder shall adhere to the document J D Wetherspoons 'Code of Conduct for Responsible Retailing'.
- Non-alcoholic beverages including soft drinks, drinking water, coffee and tea shall be available at all times Sale by Retail of Alcohol is carried out at the premises.
- The premsies licence holder shall take reasonable steps to ensure the DPS or a nominated member of staff shall be a member of pubwatch or similar scheme where available who shall use his or her best endeavours to attend regular meetings of such a scheme.
- CCTV shall be installed at the premises in compliance with any reasonable requirements of the Police Crime Prevention Officer. Images will be retained for a minimum of 30 days and made available to the police on request.
