Mandatory Conditions
- Every retail sale or supply of alcohol made under this licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
- No supply of alcohol may be made under this licence:
a. At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of it or,
b. At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
Conditions consistent with Operating Schedule
CCTV must be operational whilst the premises are open to the public and maintained in good working order.
Prominent, clear and legible notices must be displayed at all exits requesting the public to respect the needs of their local residents and to leave the premises and are quietly.
The Designated Premises Supervisor must be an active member of pubwatch.
Windows and Doors must be kept closed whilst regulated entertainment is taking place.
