  - Every retail sale or supply of alcohol made under this licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

   

  - No supply of alcohol may be made under this licence:

   

    - At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of it or,

    - At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

  Compliance with Flintshire County Council Terms, Conditions and Restrictions applying to Public Entertainment Licences.

  Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule

   

  - CCTV cameras must be operational whilst the premises are open to the public and maintained in good working order.

   

  - After 23.00 doors, save for entrance and exit purposes, shall be kept shut to ensure noise levels are contained.

   

  - Soft drinks and snacks shall be available at all times.
