Mandatory Conditions
- Every retail sale or supply of alcohol made under this licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
- No supply of alcohol may be made under this licence:
a. At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of it or,
b. At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
- The admission of children under the age of 18 to film exhibitions permitted under the terms of this licence shall be restricted in accordance with any recommendations made:
a. by the British Board of Film Classification (BBFC,) where the film has been classified by that Board, or
b by the Licensing Authority where no classification certificate has been granted by the BBFC, or, where the licensing authority has notified the licence holder that section 20 (3) (b) (74 (3)(b) for clubs) of the Licensing Act 2003 applies to the film.
- Compliance with Flintshire County Council Terms, Conditions and Restrictions applying to Public Entertainment Licences.

Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
- A digital,colour, hard disk CCTV system to be installed and maintained in good working order. Recordings are to be kept for a minimum of 28 days and made available for inspection by Police or Local Authority upon request.
- A member of staff must be trained in its use, with the knowledge and ability to dowload footage at the request of Police or Local Authority.
- The DPS will risk assess the need for SIA door supervisors for every Friday and for dates when licensable activities are to be operated until 2.00am. SIA door supervisors will then be engaged in such numbers and between such times as the risk assessment requires.
As a minimum, the DPS will consult with North Wales Police over the need for door supervision at Christmas and Bank Holiday weekends.
- SIA registered door supervisors will be employed on a Saturday from 2000 hours until the closure of the premises.
- When SIA registered door supervisors are used at the premises, a record must be kept of their 16 digit SIA registration number and the dates and times when they are on duty.
- All outdoor regulated entertainment shall end at 10pm from April 1st to October 31st and at 6pm at all other times.
- After 11pm, windows shall be kept closed when regulated entertainment is taking place.
- After 11pm, doors, save for entrance and exit purposes, shall be kept closed to ensure noise levels are contained when regulated entertainment is taking place.
- Prominent, clear and legible notices must be displayed at all exits requesting the public to respect the needs of local residents and to leave the premises and area quietly.
- No children shall be admitted to the premises whilst adult entertainment is being provided.
