Mandatory Conditions
- Every retail sale or supply of alcohol made under this licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
- No supply of alcohol may be made under this licence:
- At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of it or,
- At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
- Designated Premises Supervisor must be an active member of pubwatch.
- CCTV cameras must be operational whilst the premises are open to the public and maintained in good working order.
- No children under the age of 14 are allowed on the premises.
- Prominent clear and legible notices shall be displayed at all exits requesting the public to respect the needs of local residents and to leave the area quietly.
The premises may be open until 01.30am and sell alcohol until 1.00am the following morning on the following occasions:
- Bank Holidays
and on these occasions recorded music and live music may be conducted for one hour following the times the licence authorises the carrying out of those activities.
