MANDATORY CONDITIONS
1) No supply of alcohol may be made under this licence
a. At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of it or,
b. At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
2) Every retail sale or supply of alcohol made under this licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
3) All Licensed activities may be conducted for one hour following the licensed hours set out above on the following occasions:-
- Burns Night
- Valentines Day
- St David's Day
- St Andrew's Day
- St Patrick's Day
- St George's Day
- Maundy Thursday
- Good Friday
- Easter Saturday
- Easter Sunday
- Easter Monday
- Friday, Saturday and Sunday immediately preceding May Day Bank Holiday
- May Day Bank Holiday
- Friday, Saturday and Sunday immediately preceding Whitsun Bank Holiday
- Whitsun Bank Holiday
- Friday, Saturday and Sunday immediately preceding August Bank Holiday
- August Bank Holiday
- Halloween
- 5th November
- Christmas Day
On Christmas Eve & New Years Day, all licensed activities may be conducted for two hours following the licensed hours set out above.
4) The premises may be open for 30 minutes following the additional licensed hours specified in paragraph 3.
5) No Customers shall be admitted after midnight.
6) Prominent, clear and legible notices must be displayed at all exits requesting the public to respect the needs of local residents and to leave the premises and area quietly.
