Mandatory Conditions
- Every retail sale or supply of alcohol made under this licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
- No supply of alcohol may be made under this licence
a. At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of it or,
b. At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
The admission of children under the age of 18 to film exhibitions permitted under the terms of this licence shall be restricted in accordance with any recommendations made
a. By the British Board of Film Classification (BBFC,) where the film has been classified by that Board, or
b. By the Licensing Authority where no classification certificate has been granted by the BBFC, or, where the licensing authority has notified the licence holder that section 20 (3) (b) (74 (3)(b) for clubs) of the Licensing Act 2003 applies to the film.
Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule.
- Prominent clear and legible notices shall be displayed at all exits requesting the public torespect the needs of local residents and to leave the area quietly.
- After 11:00pm windows shall be kept closed when regulated entertainment is taking place.
- After 11:00pm, doors, save for entrance and exit purposes shall be kept closed to ensure noise levels are contained when regulated entertainment is taking place.
- Regulated Entertainment by way of music and vocal sound shall be limited at source by a suitable noise limiting device
- Regulated Entertainment shall not take place outside the premises other than following the submission of a Temporary Events Notice.
- During the time that the premises is open to the public all fire exit doors shall be easily and immediately openable without the use of a key and shall be kept clear of obstruction both inside and outside.
- CCTV cameras must be operational whilst the premises are open to the public and maintained in good working order.
