MANDATORY CONDITIONS
- Every retail sale or supply of alcohol made under this licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
- No supply of alcohol may be made under this licence
a. At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of it or,
b. At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
- CCTV cameras must be installed by 18th August 2006 and remain operational whilst the premises are open to the public and maintained in good working order.
- Prominent, clear and legible notices must be displayed at all exits requesting the public to respect the needs of local residents and to leave the premises and area quietly.
CONDITIONS ATTACHED AFTER A HEARING BY THE LICENSING AUTHORITY
- Prominent, clear and legible notices must be displayed outside the premises requesting taxi drivers to refrain from sounding their horns.
- No children under the age of 16 shall be allowed on the premises after 9pm
- Windows and doors, save for entrance and exit purposes, shall be kept closed when regulated entertainment is taking place to ensure noise levels are contained.
- The placing of refuse, such as bottles, into receptacles outside the premises shall take place at times that will minimise the disruption to neighbours.
