• Mandatory Conditions

   

  - Every retail sale or supply of alcohol made under this licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

   

  - No supply of alcohol may be made under this licence:

   

    - At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of it or,

    - At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

   

  Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule

   

  -              Windows must be kept closed to reduce noise levels whenever regulated entertainment is provided.

   

   

  -              A noise limiter is to be utilised whenever regulated entertainment is provided.

   

   

  -              Prominent, clear and legible notices should be displayed at all exits requesting the public to respect the needs of local residents and to leave the premises and area quietly.

   

   

  -              The use of outdoor furniture should end no later than 11:30 pm.
