Mandatory Conditions
- Every retail sale or supply of alcohol made under this licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
- No supply of alcohol may be made under this licence
a. At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of it or,
b. At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule.
- Prominent clear and legible notices shall be displayed at all exits requesting the public to respect the needs of local residents and to leave the area quietly.
- There shall be no admittance to new customers after midnight.
The premises may be open for one hour following the opening hours set out above on the following occasions:
Burns Night, Valentines Day, St David’s Day, St Andrews Day, St Patrick’s Day, St George’s Day, Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, The Saturday immediately preceding Easter Sunday, Easter Sunday, Easter Monday, The Friday, Saturday and Sunday immediately preceding the May bank holiday, The May Day bank holiday, The Friday and Saturday and Sunday immediately preceding Whitsun bank holiday, The Whitsun bank holiday, The Friday, Saturday, Sunday immediately preceding the August bank holiday, The August bank holiday, Halloween, 5th November, Christmas Day
and on these occasions the supply of alcohol and provision of late night refreshment may be provided for one hour following the times the licence authorises the carrying out of those activities.
The premises may be open for two hours following the opening hours set out above on the following occasions:
Christmas Eve, New Year’s Day.
