Mandatory Conditions
- Every retail sale or supply of alcohol made under this licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
- No supply of alcohol may be made under this licence
a. At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of it or,
b. At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
- The admission of children under the age of 18 to film exhibitions permitted under the terms of this licence shall be restricted
in accordance with any recommendations made
a. By the British Board of Film Classification (BBFC,) where the film has been classified by that Board, or
b. By the Licensing Authority where no classification certificate has been granted by the BBFC, or, where the
licensing authority has notified the licence holder that section 20 (3) (b) (74 (3)(b) for clubs) of the Licensing Act 2003 applies to the film.
Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule.
- For statutory bank holiday weekend periods (Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday) and for the Thursday before Good Friday, the finish time will be
extended by one hour beyond these times.
- CCTV cameras must be operational whilst the premises are open to the public and maintained in good working order.
- All instances of crime and disorder must be reported to the police and must be kept in an incident log book.
- Text/radio pagers will continue to be used for the additional hours of trading and will be monitored by a responsible member of staff.
- The maximum number of permitted persons is:

Conditions following sub-committee hearing.
- A scheme for the control of noise emitted from the premises, including setting levels for control of noise at source, shall be submitted to and approved by the Chief Environment and Resources Officer prior to implementation of extended hours for regulated entertainment.
- Staff shall patrol the outside of the premises every 20 minutes to collect glass receptacles and to remind patrons to be mindful of the needs of local residents.
- The public address system shall be used at the end of the evening to remind customers to leave quietly and not take open bottles or glasses with them.
- Prominent clear and legible notices shall be displayed at all exits requesting the public to respect the needs of local residents and to leave the area quietly.
- Except in emergencies, the side door of the premises leading onto the beer garden shall be kept closed from 7.30pm onwards.
