Mandatory Conditions
- Every retail sale or supply of alcohol made under this licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
- No supply of alcohol may be made under this licence
a. At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of it or,
b. At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
- Members of the public are not to be admitted after 11:00pm on any of the days when the premises are open for trading.
- (1) Subject to the following paragraphs, the permitted hours on weekdays shall extend until one o’clock in the morning following, except that-
(a) the permitted hours shall end at midnight . . . on any day on which music and dancing is not provided after midnight; and
(b) on any day that music and dancing end between midnight and one o’clock in the morning, the permitted hours shall end when the music and dancing end;
(2) In relation to the morning on which summer time begins, paragraph (1) of this condition shall have effect-
(a) with the substitution of references to two o’clock in the morning for references to one o’clock in the morning.
(3) The sale of alcohol must be ancillary to the use of the premises for music and dancing and substantial refreshment.

- Licensed Door Supervisors shall directly supervise those patrons who are waiting to gain access to the premises between 10:00 pm and 11:00 pm.
- Licensed Door Supervisors shall escort, to a distance of at least 75 metres away from the front doors, any patrons that are refused entry to the premises between 10:00pm and 11:00 pm.
- When performers are using the stage area, they and their equipment shall occupy only the stage area shown outlined in red on the attached plan in order to preserve the route to the rear fire exit doors.
- The removeable barrier at the exposed edge of the said stage area shall be in place at all times that the stage is not actually being occupied by performers.
