Mandatory Conditions
- Every retail sale or supply of alcohol made under this licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
- No supply of alcohol may be made under this licence
a. At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of it or,
b. At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule.
- The applicant shall not operate the extended hours granted by virtue of the application to vary the premises licence until they have, to the written satisfaction of the Environment Health Department, undertaken sufficient works at the premises to attenuate noise breakout to a sufficient level to ensure that the normal operation of the premises is unlikely to cause a statutory noise nuisance to third parties.

- When performers are using the stage area, they and their equipment shall occupy only the stage area shown outlined in green on the attached plan in order to preserve the route to the rear fire exit doors.
- The removable barrier at the exposed edge of the said stage area shall be in place at all times that the stage is not actually being occupied by performers.
- Customers shall not be admitted to the premises after 1 am.
- Licensed Doorstaff shall be employed each night until the premises closes to the public.
- A qualified first aider will be at the venue who will have received training in any problems associated with alcohol or drug misuse.
- A qualified first aider shall be present throughout any sporting entertainment involving boxing, wrestling, judo, karate or sport of a similar nature.
- Where a ring is used it will be constructed by a competent person and and shall be inspected by a competent authority before use and any material used to form the skirt of the ring shall be fire retardent.
- The seating layout shall be agreed with the North Wales Fire and Rescue Service.
- If a DJ is used on any night then he/she will ask customers to leave quietly.
- Free drinking water shall be available at all times.
- CCTV cameras must be operational whilst the premises are open to the public and maintained in good working order.
- Notices stating that CCTV is in operation 24 hours a day will be displayed throughout the building.
- Designated Premises Supervisor must be an active member of pubwatch.
- The venue will only accept photographic driving licences, passport or in agreement with the police a form of identification with the PASS hologram.
- The premises may open and provide regulated entertainment for an additional hour when British Summertime commences.
- The admission of children under the age of 18 to film exhibitions permitted under the terms of this licence shall be restricted in accordance with any recommendations made
a. By the British Board of Film Classification (BBFC,) where the film has been classified by that Board, or
b. By the Licensing Authority where no classification certificate has been granted by the BBFC, or, where the licensing authority has notified the licence holder that section 20 (3) (b) (74 (3)(b) for clubs) of the Licensing Act 2003 applies to the film.
