- All conditions contained in 'Memorandum and Articles of Association of The Bryn Griffith Workingmen's Social Club Limited' must be adhered to.
- CCTV cameras must be operational whilst the premises are open to the public and maintained in good working order.
- Children are not permitted on the premises.
- The noise limiting device shall be used to control the level at which amplified music and vocal sound is emitted.
