ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS
- Every retail sale or supply of alcohol made under this licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
- No supply of alcohol may be made under this licence:
- At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of it or,
- At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
ANNEX 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
- CCTV cameras must be operational whilst the premises are open to the public and maintained in good working order. Tapes/records should be kept for a minimum of 31 days and shall be available for inspection by the police/licensing authority on request.
- The Designated Premises Supervisor must be a member of the local Pubwatch Scheme.
- Prominent, clear and legible notices must be displayed at all exits requesting the public to respect the needs of local residents and to leave the premises and area quietly.
- Anyone who appears to be under the age of 21 and who is attempting to buy alcohol must be required to produce proof of age before such a sale is made.
