ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS
Every retail sale or supply of alcohol made under this licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
No supply of alcohol may be made under this licence
a. At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of it or,
b. At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH OPERTING SCHEDULE
A Digital CCTV system must be installed giving storage of images for a period of not less than 28 days. Images can be provided on to moveable media to authorised bodies with 48 hours notice.
Anyone attempting to purchase alcohol who appears to be under the age of 18 will be asked to produce photographic identification (passport, photo driving licence or PASS card). If no ID is provided no sale will take place.
