Mandatory Conditions
The supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises must
1. only be made at a time when the premises are open for the purposes of supplying alcohol, in accordance with this club premises certificate, to members of the club for consumption on the premises
2. be in a sealed container
3. only be made to a member of the club in person.
The admission of children under the age of 18 to film exhibitions permitted under the terms of this licence shall be restricted in accordance with any recommendations made
a. By the British Board of Film Classification (BBFC,) where the film has been classified by that Board, or
b. By the Licensing Authority where no classification certificate has been granted by the BBFC, or, where the licensing authority has notified the licence holder that section 20 (3) (b) (74 (3)(b) for clubs) of the Licensing Act 2003 applies to the film.
Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
- All conditions contained in 'Rules of the Ewloe Social Club Limited' must be adhered to.
- A digital, colour hard disc CCTV system to be installed and maintained in good working order. Recordings to be kept for a minimum of 28 days and made available for inspection by Police or Local Authority upon request. A minimum of two members of staff to be trained in the use of the CCTV system and have the knowledge and capability to download footage
- Prominent clear and legible notices shall be displayed at all exits requesting the public to respect the needs of local residents and to leave the area quietly.
