Mandatory Conditions
- Every retail sale or supply of alcohol made under this licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
- No supply of alcohol may be made under this licence:
a. At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of it or,
b. At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
The admission of children under the age of 18 to film exhibitions permitted under the terms of this licence shall be restricted in accordance with any recommendations made
a. By the British Board of Film Classification (BBFC,) where the film has been classified by that Board, or
b. By the Licensing Authority where no classification certificate has been granted by the BBFC, or, where the licensing authority has notified the licence holder that section 20 (3) (b) (74 (3) (b) for clubs) of the Licensing Act 2003 applies to the film.
Conditions Consistent with the Operating Schedule
- A Colour CCTV system must be operational whilst the premises are open to the public and maintained in good working order. Recordings kept for 28 days and made available for inspection by Police or Local Authority, upon request.
- The Designated Premises Supervisor must be a member of the local Pubwatch Scheme.
- All outdoor regulated entertainment and sale of alcohol shall end at 23.00hrs.
- All adult entertainment shall be for over 18's only.
- A recognised Proof of Age Policy must be enforced.
- Security Industry Authority registered Door Supervisors to be employed during peak periods through December at the discretion of the Designated Premises Supervisor. Details of which to be recorded and held at reception for inspection by the Police upon request.
- A written policy for 18th/21st Birthday Parties and Prom nights shall be adopted and strictly enforced by the Designated Premises Supervisor.
