Mandatory Conditions
- Every retail sale or supply of alcohol made under this licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
- No supply of alcohol may be made under this licence
a. At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of it or,
b. At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended
- No intoxicating liquor shall be sold or supplied on the premises otherwise than to:
i) A member of the said club who has been a member for at least one day or whose nomination or application for membership was made at least 24 hours before his admission, or a bona fide guest of such a member admitted to the club under the rules of the said club.
ii) A person attending a bone fide pre-booked function or conference.
iii) Members or supporters of visiting organisations attending the premises in connection with an organised established competition, contest or fete.
iv) Persons attending the club by virtue of their engagement or employment at the club.
Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
- All conditions contained in 'Rules of The Carlton Club' issued January 1986 shall be adhered to.
