b. At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH OPERATING SCHEDULE

- The Designated Premises Supervisor must be a member of the local Pubwatch Scheme.

- Ensure windows are closed at 23.00hours to keep disturbance to neighbours to a minimun.
