ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS
Every retail sale or supply of alcohol made under this licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
No supply of alcohol may be made under this licence
a. At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of it or,
b. At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
CCTV - The premises to operate a digital colour CCTV system, which must be operational whilst the premises are open to the public and maintained in good working order. Staff are to be trained in its use and recordings are to be kept for 28 days and readily available for inspection, when requested by Police or any other relevant authority.
Premises to adopt the "Challenge 21" policy.
The Premises Licence Holder and/or Desinated Premises Supervisor or a person nominated by them shall be a member of and regularly attend at the meetings of the Pubwatch Scheme for the area within which the premises is located.
