  b.              At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

  Conditions in Relation to the Operating Schedule

   

  "The upgrade of CCTV to 16 cameras is to be operational prior to the use of the new opening hours.  Recordings are to be retained for 14 days and made available to Police upon request".

   

  - Children must be accompanied and supervised at all times by an adult.
