CONDITIONS ATTACHED AFTER A HEARING BY THE LICENSING AUTHORITY
- CCTV must be operational whilst the premises are open to the public and maintained in good working order with an internal camera to cover the entrance to the premises.
- There must always be a member of staff available who is trained to download CCTV footage when requested by the Police or Local Authority.
- CCTV in operation signs to be displayed.
- Prominent, clear and legible notices must be displayed at all exits requesting the public to respect the needs of local residents and to leave the premises and area quietly.
