Mandatory Conditions
- Every retail sale or supply of alcohol made under this licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
- No supply of alcohol may be made under this licence:
- At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of it or,
- At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
- Customers carrying open or sealed bottles must not be admitted to the premises at any time that the premises are open to the public.
- A sign must be displayed on the premises indicating the standard hours during which the sale of alcohol is permitted.
- Windows and doors must be kept shut after 10 pm when amplified musical entertainment is provided.
- Prominent, clear and legible notices must be displayed at all exits requesting the public to respect the needs of local residents and to leave the premises and area quietly.
- No one under the age of 16 will be allowed to enter or remain on the premises after 9 pm except on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve.
- Anyone who appears to be under the age of 18 and who is attempting to buy alcohol must be required to produce proof of age before such sale is made.
- The premises may be open for an additional hour on the day when British Summer Time commences.
