• ANNEX 1 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH OPERATING SCHEDULE

   

  - All conditions contained in the Club Rules must be adhered to.

   

  - Must be an active member of Pubwatch.

   

  - When live entertainment is taking place all windows and doors will be kept closed      after 23.00hours.

   

  - All children must be accompanied by an adult and must be supervised by the adult at all times.

   

   

   

• ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE REPRESENTATIONS MADE BY NORTH WALES POLICE

   

  - A colour hard disc storage CCTV system to be installed with cameras covering all entrances, exits and licensable activities.  CCTV must be operational at all times when licensable activities are taking place.  Recordings must be kept for a minimum of 28 days and made available for inspection by the Police/Local Authority upon request.

   

  (A period of three months is given from the date of issue of this licence, for the installation of a CCTC System)

   

  - A Proof of Age identification scheme to be adopted in the premises to prevent alcohol being sold or supplied to persons under the age of 18 years.
