Mandatory Conditions
- Every retail sale or supply of alcohol made under this licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
- No supply of alcohol may be made under this licence:
a. At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of it or,
b. At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
Conditions Consistent with the Operating Schedule.
- All door supervisors must clearly display name badges at all times when on duty.
- Customers carrying open bottles upon entry must not be admitted to the premises at any time.
- CCTV cameras must be operational whilst the premises is open to the public and maintained in good working order.
- CCTV recordings must be retained for a period of 30 days.
- Alcoholic and other drinks must not be removed from the premises in open containers save for consumption in any external areas provided for that purpose.
- Prominent, clear and legible notices shall be displayed at all exits requesting the public to respect the needs of local residents and to leave the premises area quietly.
- Noise of vibration must not emanate from the premises.
- Children under the age of 16 must not be permitted to enter the premises after 19:00.
