Additional Conditions

• MANDATORY CONDITIONS

   

  1. Every retail sale or supply of alcohol made under this licence must be made or authorised by  a person who holds a personal licence.

   

  2. No supply of alcohol may be made under this licence :

   

                a)              at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of it, or

                b)              at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

  3. Supply of alcohol on match days shall be in accordance with the requirements of the Sporting Events (Control of Alcohol etc.) Act 1985.

   

  4.  Only individuals licensed by the Security Industry Authority may be used at the premises to guard against

   

                a)               unauthorised access or occupation (eg. through door supervision), or

                b)              outbreaks of disorder, or

                c)              damage.

   

   

• CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

   

  1.   On any occasion where the indoor facilities are used for supply of alcohol or regulated entertainment after 11:30 pm then licensed door supervisors shall be employed from 8:30 pm onwards.

   

  2.  The supply of alcohol in all areas shall continue to be governed by the Sporting Events (Control of Alcohol etc.) Act 1985, except that alcohol may be supplied in the Executive Lounge and Executive Boxes at half time during football matches.

   

  3.  The West Stand Executive Boxes shall not be used for supply of alcohol or any regulated activity until the removal of the existing Prohibition Notices.

   

  4.  The football pitch plus ‘outdoor’ seated and standing areas may only be used for regulated entertainment following the issue of a relevant Safety Certificate and when all other legal requirements are complied with to the satisfaction of Cheshire County Council.

   

  5.  The maximum capacity for the various regulated entertainments shall be specified within the above mentioned Safety Certificate.

   

  6.  When regulated entertainment is proposed in the ‘outdoor’ areas a minimum of 28 days notice in writing shall be provided to Flintshire County Council, Cheshire County Council, North Wales Police and Cheshire Constabulary.

   

  7.  Children shall not be permitted in the premises when adult entertainment is being provided.

   

  8.  The CCTV system shall be operational when any regulated activities are taking place and the recordings from the system shall be retained and made available to the Police.

   

  9.   Children and young persons under the age of 18 shall only be permitted to attend functions in the 'indoor' areas with their parents or guardians. When regulated entertainment takes place outdoors the indoor areas where alcohol is supplied shall be stewarded to prevent access to children or young persons.

   

  10.   Alcohol drinks shall not be taken out of the licensed areas.

   

   

  Note: 'Indoor' and 'outdoor' areas where mentioned in these Conditions have the following meanings:

   

                Indoor:                            The West Stand               - Executive Boxes 1 & 3

                                            East Stand                            - Ground Floor Function Room;  First Floor Executive Lounge; 

                                                                                         Managers' Suite;  Executive Box

   

                Outdoor:              Football Pitch and associated seated and standing spectator areas.
